Monthly prices per plan. Active opticians = all approved optician accounts (main accounts and staff accounts). We announce new price levels at least 30 days in advance; they only apply to new bookings and plan changes.
All prices are final prices. No VAT shown (small business exemption under § 6 (1) no. 27 of the Austrian VAT Act, UStG).

When will I receive an invoice?
From the moment your plan is activated. The first month is charged pro rata, after that in advance per month or year. The free listing is never billed.
What are pioneer manufacturers?
The first 10 manufacturers on the Basic plan or higher. They pay 10 % less than the list price, permanently, even if they change plans later, and are marked “Pioneer” in search.
What does “Recommended” mean in search?
Manufacturers on the Pro or Premium plan get the “Recommended” badge. It is tied to the paid plan and is not a rating by us. How the order of results is determined is set out in the Terms (German), § 4 (7).
Can I change plans later?
Yes, at any time via a change request in your account, including back to the free listing. A paid plan is only ordered in your account after an explicit confirmation (“order with payment obligation”). Your current plan stays in place at the secured price until the change; the then-current price applies to the new plan (with the discount for pioneer manufacturers).
How do I cancel?
Directly in your account under “Plans & subscriptions” via “Cancel subscription”. Your plan then runs until the end of the period you have already paid for (month or year) and afterwards switches to the free listing automatically; you can undo the cancellation until then. Alternatively, cancel informally by email to info@viso-find.com (see Terms (German)).
