Why VisoFind exists and who is behind it.
I am Clemens, founder and owner of VisoFind. I grew up in and currently work at our family-run optical business, so I know the optical industry not just in theory but from everyday life in the shop.
The neutral industry platform from an optician, for the industry! Developed in Tyrol, for the whole industry!
Why VisoFind?
The idea for VisoFind came from a very practical problem. In our family business I experienced first-hand how tedious it is to keep track of manufacturers, products, offers and industry news. Everything is scattered across countless catalogs, emails, phone calls and individual websites, with no central overview. That led to the idea of creating a central platform for the entire optical industry: opticians and manufacturers should find each other more easily, exchange directly and read the latest industry news in one place, without detours through catalogs or endless email chains. So I decided to build a solution myself.
What VisoFind does differently
VisoFind brings product search, direct contact with manufacturers, quote requests, industry news and a used-goods marketplace together in one place. Developed from the industry's perspective, not as a software company from the outside.
My aim
VisoFind is continuously being developed. Direct feedback from opticians and manufacturers flows straight into new features.
